Ambassador Hemant Krishan Singh, Director General, Delhi Policy Group, addressed 35 Indian Foreign Service (IFS) Officer Trainees (OTs) of 2021 Batch and two Bhutanese Diplomats on “India-Japan Relations: 70 Years of Multi-faceted Cooperation” as part of the Induction Training Programme at the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service (SSIFS), New Delhi on May 17, 2022 (16:00–17:30 IST).

The address covered a comprehensive overview of Japan’s role in Asia, the historical evolution of India-Japan relations, and the progress of bilateral strategic and economic relations over the last two decades.  It was followed by an interactive Q&A session with the Officer Trainees.
