Singh, Director General, represented DPG at the “Formosa Forum: 2018 Maritime Security Dialogue” held in Taipei, Taiwan and delivered a presentation on “The Emerging Indo-Pacific Seascape”. Participants in the Formosa Forum also called upon senior dignitaries. Taiwan is a primary gateway to the Pacific and its free market democracy is highly consequential to Asian stability.
