DPG-KAS CONFERENCE ON REGIONAL FRAMEWORKS TO ADDRESS SECURITY CHALLENGES IN THE INDIAN OCEAN AND SOUTH EAST ASIA

The Delhi Policy Group (DPG) and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) jointly organised a Conference on “Regional Frameworks to Address Security Challenges in the Indian Ocean and South East Asia” in New Delhi on December 2-3, 2019. The four sessions of the Conference addressed Regional Security Frameworks in the Indian Ocean; Maritime Security; India’s Act East Policy and ASEAN; and Competing Connectivity Visions. International participants from leading think tanks in Germany, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Nepal participated. The event was conducted under the Chatham House Rule.
