- Ambassador H.K. Singh held a series of discussions with the heads of leading Sri Lankan think tanks in Colombo on July 31 and August 1, 2018. These included the Pathfinder Foundation, the Institute of Policy Studies, the Regional Centre for Strategic Studies and the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies.
